Common questions
How do guests open the guide?
Through the link sent in the booking channel's chat - no app, no sign-in. One link per booking; you can issue a new link and revoke the old one.
Can the door code leak early?
No. The unit number shows from the day before arrival; the door code only on arrival day, once the unit is ready and from 11:00. It hides itself 24 hours after check-out, or when the booking is cancelled.
