You pay every 3 months at minimum, or yearly for 15% off. Example on Pro: 99,000 ₫ per unit per month, or 84,000 ₫ when paid yearly.
Do more units cost less?
Yes. From 5 units, every unit costs less: Operations and Pro take 10% off at 5 units, 15% at 10, 20% at 20 and 25% from 50; Ultimate takes 5%, 7%, 10% and 12% at the same marks. Between two marks, each unit you add takes a little more off, so adding a unit never lowers your total. For 50+ units, book a consultation for custom pricing.
How are hotels priced?
Rooms sold under one listing per room type (say 6 identical Deluxe rooms) are 30,000 ₫ per room per month on Operations and 50,000 ₫ on Pro, 15% off paid yearly, with no volume discount. We count real rooms across all room types; a property with fewer than 10 rooms is charged as 10. A room type with a single room is priced like an apartment. Ultimate isn't available for hotels yet.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Every plan has a minimum of 130,000 ₫ a month (111,000 ₫ paying yearly). For example, 1 unit on Operations is 130,000 ₫ a month; from 2 units the per-unit total is already above this. Hotels have their own minimum of 10 rooms per property.
Is the trial free?
Yes. The 14-day trial costs nothing; when it ends, choose a plan to keep going.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The Belldor team adds your units and connects your channels with you, free of charge.
Does Belldor take a cut of bookings?
No. You only pay for your plan.
What if I add or remove units mid-period?
Added units are charged for the days left in the period you've paid. Removed units take effect from the next period.
How are villas with several rooms charged?
A villa sold both as a whole and room by room is charged only by the number of rooms; the whole villa is not charged on top. For example, a 5-room villa counts as 5 units.
Can I change plans mid-period?
Upgrades take effect right away and you pay the difference for the days left. Downgrades take effect from the next period. Moving between Pro and Ultimate, the Belldor team schedules a date to switch your inbox connection for you.
What if I want to stop?
Tell the Belldor team before your renewal date; you keep using Belldor until the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee. Paid periods aren't refunded partway, unless Belldor discontinues the service or a prolonged fault on Belldor's side - then we refund the remainder. On the end date, the Belldor team disconnects your channels; your calendars, rates and bookings on each OTA stay as they are.
