Each business's data is isolated at the database level, accounts have two-step sign-in, and sessions can be revoked at any time. The Belldor team only sees aggregate figures (reservation counts, messages awaiting a reply, sync status) to monitor and support you; guest names, message content and per-reservation amounts are only viewed in a logged support session you can review.
