The rate grid: unit × channel × day
Each unit has five rows — Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, website — and each day is a column. Every cell holds the price, minimum stay and capacity; its colour tells you whether the night is on sale, blocked or booked.

Base rate: enter the amount you want
Type what you want to receive per night; Belldor works out the listed price for each channel from that channel's fees and standing promotions, rounded up. The pricing calculator works in both directions.
Weekend and holiday rules
Set rules that raise or lower rates by % or by amount for weekends and for holiday or peak-season date ranges, with a priority order for when two rules overlap.

Does Belldor set prices from market data?
Not yet. Belldor doesn't guess prices for you: you set rates and rules, and Belldor works out each channel's price and pushes it correctly.
How quickly do changes reach the channels?
Save, then push — rates and minimum stays go out to your connected channels, and any cell a channel rejects shows an error right on that cell.
