Trial account terms

1. The account is for you only

A demo account is issued to the person named in the invitation, has an expiry date and only shows sample data. Do not share the email, password or sign-in link with anyone else.

Belldor may extend, revoke or lock a demo account at any time.

2. No copying, no automated collection

Do not copy, bulk-capture or record the interface, content, wording or workflows of Belldor PMS for any other purpose.

Do not use automated tools to browse or collect data from a demo account, including browsers controlled by AI assistants, scripts or scraping software.

Do not use what you see to build, imitate or promote a product that competes with Belldor PMS.

3. Sample data

Data in the demo is sample data created by Belldor. Do not enter real guest or business information.

Test messages, assistant questions and other trial actions may be deleted regularly.

4. Activity records

Belldor records demo account activity (sign-in times, screens opened, number of assistant questions) to protect the system and improve the demo. Belldor may lock an account automatically when it sees signs of automated tools or a breach of these terms.

5. Ownership

Belldor PMS, its interface, content and documentation belong to Belldor. A demo account grants you no rights other than viewing the software to evaluate it.
