Payment and refund policy

1. Billing periods

Customers pay in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months. Paying for 12 months saves 15% on the monthly price.

Each period's invoice appears in the app under Subscription, showing the plan, number of units, period and amount.

2. Payment method

Bank transfer to the Belldor account shown on the invoice. Use the transfer reference printed on the invoice so Belldor can match your payment; the invoice is marked paid once Belldor confirms the full amount has arrived.

If you need a tax invoice, enter your invoicing details in the app under Subscription.

3. Changing plans, adding or removing units

Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay the difference for the days left in the period. Downgrades take effect from the next period.

Added units are charged for the days left in the paid period. Removed units take effect from the next period.

4. Renewal

Pay for the next period before the current one ends to keep using Belldor without interruption. If a payment is overdue, Belldor contacts you before pausing the account.

5. Cancellation and refunds

To stop using Belldor, tell us before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee.

Paid periods are not refunded part-way, unless Belldor stops providing the service or the service fails for an extended time because of Belldor. In that case Belldor refunds the amount for the remaining days by bank transfer to the account you name, within 7 business days of both parties confirming.

The trial is free, so there is nothing to refund.

6. When the service ends

On the end date Belldor disconnects your sales channels; calendars, rates and reservations on the platforms stay as they are. Data in Belldor PMS is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
