Privacy policy

1. Information collected on belldor.com

When you send the trial, consultation or demo form: your name, phone number, email (optional), number of units, type of business, plan of interest and notes. If you arrived through an ad link, the form also sends that link's source.

Belldor uses this to contact you and set up your trial. belldor.com does not use ad-tracking tools.

2. Information processed in Belldor PMS

Account: name, email, role, password (stored hashed only), two-factor settings.

Operational data entered or synced by the customer: units, calendars, reservations, guest names and contact details, messages, expenses, uploaded files and photos. Belldor processes this data on the customer's behalf and only to provide the service.

Device and security: push token, device model, app version, IP address and sign-in sessions, to deliver notifications and prevent unauthorised access.

3. Sharing

Belldor does not sell data or share it with advertisers. It passes data only as needed to cloud infrastructure providers, email and push delivery, booking-channel connectivity and AI services (for customers using the AI assistant), or to a competent authority when the law requires.

Each customer's data is isolated; one customer's staff cannot see another customer's data.

4. Retention and protection

Form details from belldor.com are kept while we advise and support you, and deleted on request. Data in Belldor PMS is kept while the customer uses the service and deleted or anonymised within 30 days after it stops, except what the law requires us to keep.

Connections are encrypted; staff accounts use two-factor sign-in; the Belldor team only views reservation details and messages in a logged support session.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw consent, using the contact details below. Belldor replies within 7 business days.
