Operations is 69,000 ₫ per unit per month with a 130,000 ₫ monthly minimum: 1 unit is 130,000 ₫, 2 units are 138,000 ₫, 3 units are 207,000 ₫. From 5 units, every unit costs less.

Do I need a computer?

Not necessarily. The Belldor PMS app (iPhone and Android) has the calendar, bookings and alerts; a computer is handier for changing rates across many days.
