Rent, split and allocation - period by period

Leases change price each year, profit splits change by agreement, shared-cost allocation changes by month. Each has its own schedule, and profit and loss splits its periods at every change. A unit with several owners records each person's share.

Shared costs split across units

Laundry, internet, shared wages… mark them “shared” and they're allocated by each unit's ratio. Belldor warns you when the units' ratios don't add up to 100%. Costs the owner bears, such as repairs, are recorded separately.
