Common questions
How are hotels priced?
By real rooms across all room types: 30,000 ₫ per room per month on Operations and 50,000 ₫ on Pro, 15% off paid yearly, with no volume discount. A property with fewer than 10 rooms is charged as 10. A room type with a single room is priced like an apartment.
Which room does a new booking go to?
Belldor places it in the free room that fits the stay most tightly. You can move it to another room of the same type right on the calendar; the channel doesn't need to know. If the type is full, the booking goes to the review queue for you.
How long does adding rooms take?
Create the room type, type a range such as 301-306, and Belldor creates six rooms copied from a sample room.
